Cancellation Policy:
I like to start a relationship with trust. So I don’t require a deposit for booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any no-call, no-show appointment, will not have the opportunity to rebook services.
Refund Policy:
I do not offer refunds on any service, including extensions. All deposits made for services are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made for extensions you are solely responsible for the care and upkeep of your hair.
If you need an adjustment to your color service and it aligns with the in-person consultation we had, please contact me within 7 days of your service and we can schedule an adjustment.
